When you claim a bonus (like a Welcome Offer), it comes with a Wagering Requirement (also known as Rollover). This is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
How is it calculated?
The formula is usually: (Deposit + Bonus) x Multiplier.
📝 Example:
- Offer: 100% Bonus with 20x Wager.
- You Deposit: $100.
- You Get: $100 Bonus.
- Total Balance: $200.
- Calculation: $200 x 20 = $4,000.
- Wagering Goal: Place bets totaling $4,000.
How to Check Your Progress:
- Go to your Activity Wallet (via the Wallet menu).
- Look for the Progress Bar. It shows exactly how much you have wagered and how much is left (e.g., 50%).
- Click the Yellow Info Icon (i) for detailed rules.
Can I cancel a bonus? (Give Up)
Yes. If you feel the wagering requirement is too hard to meet, you can forfeit the bonus.
- Go to Activity Wallet.
- Click the "Give Up" button.
- Warning: This will remove the bonus funds and any winnings associated with them. You will revert to your remaining cash balance.
