When reporting an issue with a game round, our support team will need the Bet ID to investigate.
How to find it:
- Click your Profile Icon (Avatar) in the top right corner.
- Select My Bets from the menu.
- Filter: You can filter by "Casino", "Sports", or date to find the specific round.
- Click the Bet: Tap on the specific game row to open the Details window.
- Copy ID: Look for the Bet ID field and click the Copy Icon next to it.
Tip: If you cannot copy the ID, a clear screenshot of the "Bet Details" window is also acceptable for Support.
